About

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a writer, blogger and artist who is passionate about creativity, overcoming limiting beliefs, living well and with purpose, and empowering others to step into the best versions of themselves.

Good writing not only tells a story, but it grabs the reader and takes them through the real, sometimes messy, sometimes heart- warming human experience.

I’ve written 100 articles and blog posts in the last two years, and have been published in local newspapers and on various publications on Medium.com (including P.S. I Love You, Curious, and Post-Grad Survival Guide.) I’ve won awards for my short fiction, and my story “Poison Clouds” was featured in Horizons literary magazine. I also have experience as an Editorial Aide, and have edited and produced content for small and medium sized businesses, from blog posts to product reviews.

With my expertise I will transform your writing goals into expertly -crafted, SEO and CRO driven story telling that captures your readers and allows you the freedom to focus on your own expertise.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with two beastly cats, and surround myself with flowers and color. I try to have a little fun and find beauty every day. I’ve ridden motorcycles in motorcycle girl gangs, sung in bands, taken two week road trips solo, and started my own Garden Design business and Freelance Writing business. I moved to a town where I knew no one and built a life for myself–twice. I’ve surfed waves much bigger than me, and thought I might die a few times. I have been through the gamete in love and dating, and learned to trust and love myself enough to know I’ll always have my own back and figure out whatever life throws at me.

I’ve struggled a lot along the way, and my goal is to keep it real about the rough patches. Being a healthy human is messy and often challenging, and we need more people talking about it.

I created this blog because I couldn’t stop writing and I want to share the lessons I’ve learned, new discoveries, challenges, life hacks, and creative pursuits with you.
